Who we are

Custom Furniture Adelaide is operated by Loudachris Digital Marketing, 21-22 Greenhill Road, Wayville SA 5034. We are a referral service and we do not build furniture ourselves. See about us for how that works.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, email address, phone number, suburb, the piece you want made, a rough size, a timeframe, a budget range, any notes, and any photos or sketches you attach.
• Technical information collected automatically: your IP address and the page the enquiry came from. Both are used to prevent automated spam submissions and to understand which pages generate genuine enquiries.
• Analytics: where analytics is enabled on this site, aggregate usage data such as pages viewed and scroll depth is collected via Google Analytics. It is not used to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment details, and we never ask for them. Any deposit or payment is between you and the maker.

Why we collect it and who we share it with

We use what you send to match your enquiry to an Adelaide furniture maker, cabinet maker or joiner whose work suits it, and to pass your enquiry to that maker so they can contact you and quote. Sharing your details with a maker is the entire purpose of the form, and by submitting it you are asking us to do exactly that.

Your enquiry normally goes to 1 maker, occasionally to 2 where a brief genuinely sits between 2 kinds of workshop. We do not sell your details to lead brokers, we do not distribute them to a panel of businesses, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

We also use service providers to run the site: Vercel for hosting, and Resend to deliver the enquiry email to us. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails and records are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on a referral, resolve any dispute, and understand which makers do good work. You can ask us to delete your record sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Contact us through the enquiry form and say what you would like done. We will action a deletion request within 30 days.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. Where Google Analytics is enabled it sets first-party cookies to distinguish one visit from another. You can block or delete these in your browser without affecting how the site works.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information such as identity documents or financial details through the enquiry form. We will never ask for them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. This version was published in August 2026.
