What happens after I send this?

We read it ourselves and pass it to a local maker who builds that kind of piece. The maker then contacts you directly to talk sizes and quote. Before you commit, check their ABN on ABN Lookup, ask for a certificate of currency for their public liability insurance, and ask to see completed Adelaide work.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to pass your enquiry to a maker within 2 business days. An enquiry that lands over a weekend will be the following week. If your piece is unusual enough that it takes longer to find the right workshop, or we can't find one, we'll tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Why is there no phone number or email address?

Because the form captures what a maker actually needs to quote: the piece, the size, the room, the timeframe and a budget range. A phone call at this stage usually ends with us asking you to send those details anyway. Everything you send is read by a person.
